Chain is named as either the inventor or co-inventor of much of Intellects science. So he will see a payday if anything gets an FDA approval or if the company is sold off in pieces. Maza and the rest of the board are basically getting their salaries through shareholders and stock dilution. They will also see monies if there are any FDA approvals or pieces of the company sold. We the shareholders won't receive anything. It should be clear as day to anyone who has been in this stock for the past 3 years or longer. All IMO.
