IMO, I believe the company just diluted more shares into the OS. I don't where this promotion company got their info from, but there are way more than 1.3 million shares in this float...lol. Never a good sign when the pump machine gets turned on. I'm sure the pumpers on this board will say that this promotion was a good thing...lol. GLTA
