The stench of Alex Edwards isn't far from this stock
That was John Stanton's best friend and partner in crime. I remember when Edwards was nailed for cooking the books for another Florida company years ago and the SEC nailed him. My guess is the whole group of Stanton criminals will be going to jail one by one with Edwards being the first to go. He's stolen a lot of money from a lot of people, and sooner or later he'll have to pay for his crimes.
Stepped up basis on Inherited stock
http://www.finweb.com/taxes/taxes-on-inherited-stock.html#axzz3Ewm0YBXO
Again, I have no idea what this would have to do with AFFW, until of course someone is inheriting the stock from someone else. Either way, here is the IRS rule on stepped up basis for Inherited stock.
I call Total Bullshit
Cuzzola has no company, and never did. All of his products inside of PSI Medical were turned down by the FDA. Cuzzola is a scam, and a joke. He will have nothing to do with AFFW one way or the other. That goes for the other bozos from the past like Alex Edwards or any of the other Stanton scum circle.
Laughing?
You lost me. Call your CPA, and he should be able to answer your questions in about 2 minutes. Good luck.
If you inherit the stock You get the stepped up basis
On the day you take ownership. If the person gifted the stock to you before they died then you assume their original stock basis. This has nothing to do with AFFW unless of course you're inheriting your position from someone else, but it does show you why it's much better to inherit long held highly appreciated stock rather than having it gifted to you. The more important question, and the one I don't have an answer for yet is what exactly AFFW is dropping into the new Affinity Medical Corp? What kind of valuation is on the assets coming in? What kind of revenue or Earnings numbers will it have. If they can show us that they're dropping in a valuable asset then even at 8.00 this stock could be cheap, or the opposite, even at 1.00 it could be expensive. The rumors I keep hearing sound very exciting, so I'm just crossing my fingers. This AFFW stock could make my whole FRTD stock experience worth the trouble if it all plays out, and I'm sure that's true for many other FRTD investors as well. If you hear anything about the assets coming in please post it. As far as your tax questions I'd advise doing what I did and call your CPA. Taking tax advice off the internet can sometimes be about as good as taking stock advice. LOL
Sure they'll be able to trade
Already talked to by brokerage house, and once the S-1 is filed all you have to do is get an opinion letter and the Restriction comes off. Then just deposit them into your account. Easy as can be. The bigger question is what they're putting into the new Affinity Medical Corp(AFFW). Lets hope the medical assets have a ton of value to them. Then we should be sitting pretty.
Wrong Clay Cooley
He's not the car dealer. This guy lives in Oklahoma, and doesn't have 2 nickels to rub together. Owns some made up BS company named AppSwarm. He's been bouncing from one scam to another for years, and I hear rumors he's hanging around this company. Lets hope this company is legit, and they never let white trash scum like this get into their business. Like I already said, I hear another public company is about to take legal action against him, and I bet if he is involved here you'll this this company eventually take action against him as well. Look into FITX and you'll find the right Clay Cooley. Pretty easy to find the information on him being banned from Pennsylvania seeing how I was able to find it in 5 minutes.
Wrong Clay Cooley
Keep digging around and you'll find some 2 bit broke bum living in Oklahoma. Do some more digging and you'll find out he was thrown out of Pennsylvania for selling unlicensed securities. He's pure white trash. I hear rumors he's involved in this deal. If he is I'd run from this as fast as you can.

Chris "The Con Man" Cuzzola and Stan Shumway
I hope the Feds indict both of those bums.Time for FRTD to put both of this criminals in jail and be done with this crap. No wonder Cuzzola destroyed PSI Medical and Shumway was fired by the Erie Management Group. As a shareholder I'm just glad they both got the boot from FRTD. Now if we could just get them to move along and get on with their lives, and stop being so obsessed with damaging the shareholders of FRTD. Black sure knew what he was doing when he tossed Shumway out on his butt.
The stench of Alex Edwards isn't far from this either

Is Notorious Stock scammer Clay Cooley involved in this?
He was already banned from Pennsylvania for trying to sell unlicensed securities. Looks like he's onto his next scam. This bum has never had a job in his life. I hear another public company is in the process of slapping him with a lawsuit. If EFFI is smart they'll do the same thing.

Company never posted April 1st for the S-1
Who told you that? I've called several times, and it sounds like the S-1 is 99% done, so I guess you're talk about this stock being worthless is a bit off base. I'm glad FRTD kept it's word and gave me and the other legit shareholders shares in this company. Thanks FRTD.

I'm guessing you talked to the Affinity MediaWorks CEO
and not the New incoming CEO of Affinity Medical Corp(AFFW). Anyone left over from the old Affinity MediaWorks company is simply turning out the lights at this point. What we need to know is who the NEW Incoming CEO of Affinity Medical Corp is and what Assets he's dropping into AFFW. See what I'm saying? For all you know you did indeed talk to a pool boy. Who we need to talk to is the New CEO coming into run the new AFFW. I'll make some calls on Friday and she if I can find anything out.
What CEO?
To my knowledge the new CEO of Affinity Medical Corp(AFFW) hasn't been released yet? Do you have his name? What are the Medical assets they're dropping into AFFW? Those are the questions I want answered. Is there a Tax difference between a Dividend, and a Special Share Issuance? Anytime I called FRTD they were quite clear to correct me that this wasn't a Dividend, but instead a Special Share Issuance. I might be the only one, but I'm glad they kept their word and gave me these AFFW shares. This all by itself could make my FRTD investment a Home Run if it works out.
AFFW is now Affinity Medical Corp
There's nothing at all disturbing about the old AFFW website(Affinity Mediworks) not working? why would it? Whatever Medical assets they're dropping into this ticker will probably have it's own website. Same thing with call in numbers and IR employees. Once we see the news of what Assets are coming into AFFW, what they're worth now, and what they look like they'll be worth in the future, and who's going to be running AFFW then most of the blanks should get filled in quickly. Lets face it, luckily for us FRTD kept their word and spun these shares out to us each with a cost basis of zero, so until I see 100% proof something has gone wrong I'm still pretty happy with management for sending my shares out to me. Lets hope we see some news soon updating us on some of these questions, and filling in some of the blanks.

Cuzzola will probably be charged with fraud
From both FRTD, and from the PSI Medical investors(They got ripped off big time). The story I got right from Parilla months ago when I asked him on the phone was that he called Steve Derrick in Pittsburgh to find out why it was taking so long to launch the Medical Division, and that's when he found out Cuzzola had been hiding a problem from him about the contract with Nasorcap. Derrick apparently called Cuzzola the "Con Man", and told Parilla that Cuzzola had lied to him, and he and his wife wanted nothing to do with Cuzzola. Parilla said Cuzzla spent most of his time as an employee down in Mercersburg with his daughter, and Parilla had to call him on the phone rather than meet face to face to ask him about the medical contract. Cuzzola became irate when he found out Parilla uncovered the problem with the contract, and at this point Cuzzola began working with Stan Shumway in an effort to put a medical company inside of Argent Hills which is owned by Shumway. It appears Argent Hills is no more than a front/shell company. According to Parilla, Cuzzola has not met with him face to face since their last meeting. Parilla said his Attorney already has the fraud paperwork put together, and now it's just a matter of when they serve Cuzzola. I also asked about Shumway, and Parilla said he had no idea who the guy was, and had never heard of him before Cuzzola introduced them. He claims to have only met Shumway twice. He laughed that this guy even tried to sneak on the shareholder CC under an assumed name. It sounds like Cuzzola has been in one mess after another his whole life, and Parilla gave him a great opportunity to straighten out his life, and he screwed that up royally. I would suggest anyone with questions about Cuzzola should check into the reason he left Pfizer, and also the mess he created when he went to work at Seneca Valley High school. As I have said since day one, the only problem I have had with Parilla is he should have vetted some of these people better. Other than that I think he's tried hard to help make all of us money, and that's all I can ask for. Everything I've posted here is common knowledge around Erie, and was backed up by my Florida neighbor who spends 7 months of the year in Erie, and has known Parilla for almost 30 years according to him.
The FDA shot down all of PSI Medical's products
Cuzzola and Shumway are both thought of as complete jokes in Erie. I called Samuel Black months ago and asked about Shumway, and I got an ear full. I would suggest you call him and hear the whole story about Shumway. It isn't good, and it sounds like Shumway is done in Erie as far as doing business. As far as Cuzzola goes he's bounced from one scam to another his whole life. Ask around Erie about what happened to Cuzzola at both Pfizer and that school near Pittsburgh named Seneca Valley. Needless to say PSI Medical isn't even a viable company, and from what I hear multiple lawsuits are chasing down Cuzzola from investors he ripped off before the FDA shot them down. I see no way FRTD will have anything to do with PSI Medical, and from my talks with Parilla there's no way he'd ever do business with Cuzzola or Shumway. If you questions anything I've posted today just pick up the phone and call these people yourself.

Is USEI suing stock promoter Jim Kelly???
I heard 2 of Stanton's old criminal buddies from Tampa named Jim Kelly and Steve Rogers both had charges coming against them shortly, but I'm not sure if the charges are coming from the SEC or from USEI. Anyone else hearing these rumors? I know for a fact both where deeply involved in USEI in the old days. Lets hope they both end up getting long sentences.
Is Stan Shumway being indicted by the SEC?
I found this number for Stan Shumway - 814-397-4016. Call and ask him. I've heard rumors about this months ago when Shumway was supposedly circulating inside information across the internet. I hope all 3 end up in jail right next to Stanton. Lets hope Gurba gets some justice here for the BTGI shareholders Shumway tried to tip off.

I'm happy I got the AFFW stock I got
Very lucky. Parilla did exactly what he said he would do. Luckily I also know how to put my own certificate into my own account. I know how to tie my shoes as well.
Affinity Medical Corp - New Name...Chain of Treatment centers
Wow...This is interesting. Looks like AFFW is planning a whole chain of Treatment Centers. Once we see the whole story here this could really heat up in a hurry.

Looks like a buyer gobbled those right up at .0013
Still acts like someone is buying up stock down here. I hope they know something we don't.
Very Fishy!
What's this another Wolf Pack scam? I hear the Feds are climbing all over those guys. Lets hope they're not involved here.
S-1 Filing should be coming up next
Great to see the company staying current on the filings. Now I'd like to see the S-1 Filed and then some PR's showing us what they're dropping into AFFW. Appears they're trying to run this the right way which is encouraging. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
Shumway is a bum and about to be indicted
Ask around Erie. He's a bum. He was thrown out of the Erie Management Group without even a severance package by Samuel Black. Why don't you call over there and ask about Shumway. He tried to screw the BTGI shareholders out of a huge overseas deal and it bit him in the butt(Call Gurba and ask about Shumway). It's only going to get worse for this guy. By the way, if you look closely into Shumway's Military past it's not very good either. He's a little man with a big mouth, and the Feds are closing in on him fast.
More buying at .0015 ----- Hmmmmm
Interesting. I doubt there's much stock for sale at .0015, so a few more buys and we may see this back over .002 -- if FRTD management has something cooking maybe this deal isn't as dead as it appeared.
FRTD up +50% today and rising - Breaking out
Something's up. Noticed buys moving it up to .0013 last week, and now .0015 - I'd bet a small amount of buying and FRTD would see .005 in a blink. Check it out. Very close to breaking out to the upside in a big way.
