Moller has big things in the horizon.
I did my research.
Moller to make big announcement soon.
trustunits1000000 update us on the email you sent the great doctor.
It's sad that you sent him an email to his personal address and he did not respond. I wonder if he's still alive?
Good to see the great doctor responded. The honesty of him telling you that someone poured $200M into the company but yet they cannot afford to have an audit is nice. That must mean it costs more than $200M to get an audit and why they can't afford it. Hopefully he keeps this line of communication open with you. Thanks again for reaching out to him and updating us.
What was doctors response?
Can’t wait for the response from doctor Moller. Good to see you getting the answers you need. Keep us informed.
The great doctor has his personal email address on the bottom of the Moller International webpage. Use that address and ask him. That way you can report back to us as to seeing if you can take your Moller shares and turn them into Freedom Motors shares. I'll be waiting for your next response as to the answer the great doctor gave you.
Like I said, it's happening soon. Just wait and you'll be rewarded. The great doctor has your back.
I know for a fact it'll be soon.
As for financing, it's coming soon. As for the context of "soon" that can either be when the sun goes supernova or when you'll get your next meal. Using "soon" keeps your hopes alive.
I'm mistaken, the 2035 Patent expiration is actually a Design Patent for the current flying car that he has on the website and he tried to sell a while back. It's up in 2029. Just go to a search bar and type in "USD736140S1". You will see what he is sitting on.
As for US patents, he has three that are still not expired. One expires in 2035, the other in 2024 and the third is in 8 months. He has a Canadian Patent that will expire in 2024.
So, it looks like they are not of much value as people are obviously letting these great ideas expire and then they can use them without paying him anything.
Someone said he doesn't.
Please read the most recent SEC filing "the Company has not completed the sale of any additional security token and does not intend to make further sales." Thus, Eliocoin is dead. Now we can move on to other conspiracies that has to do with the south, kneeling at NFL games and might as well throw in some classic ones. Things like:
- The Arabs are paying Elio to not produce because if they did, they would lose money. This is the same thing that happened with the 200mpg carburetor.
- Elio was about to reveal that the earth is flat and thus the freemasons paid him hush money. Thus he doesn't need to produce his car.
- Carlos Slim offered Elio a brand new plant in Mexico and was to pay him all costs to just make it there and only sell it there using Mexican parts. Paul rejected that offer as it needed to be sold to America too.
- The extra deep state is using the current plant to house UFO's. Paying Elio to not even go there and just stay home.
Elio did create the investment vehicle for the south. It's called the Eliocoin. I was going to buy up on it but found out it was for the south, not the north. Then when the Asians started kneeling during the national anthem, the Eliocoin lost value and thus it's dead. Americans were upset with Paul and thus never bought his cars because of the kneeling. So sad that happened.
After that, they announced to go to Mexico but with the wall that was built, they couldn't get a crane high enough to get them over the wall, so there they sit in that country now being used as Taxis in Tijuana.
Next part of the plan was to move to Chicago but when the mob bosses wanted up front money from Paul, he decided against that as he doesn't need a set of concrete shoes and try to swim in Lake Michigan.
So, he went back to Shreveoprt. Hopefully America forgot about the kneeling and the south will invest in the Eliocoin but I will guess that will not happen because they announced that they want that plant back as it's an ancient confederacy burial ground and thus, Paul will need to move elsewhere.
I heard through the grapevine that Barbados is looking for new manufacturing since the split from the UK. We need to start chanting, BARBADOS! BARBADOS! BARBADOS!
It's embarrassing how you are against the south. Last time I checked, they are open for business and literally bend over backwards to get business to be located there. Be it a startup or established business. You have provided zero evidence that Elio Motors can't receive the investment they need just because they have leased a plant in Shreveport. It sounds like you are dancing around the subject because you have an ulterior motive and are afraid to express it.
So now we are back to Mexico. All of a sudden now it's back on the table. Please provide a reason as to why it's the place to go. Do not go off on the south or start babbling on about some land war or bloodbath with Asia or whatever you posted before.
Also, if buyers were turning away from Americans cars, then explain why American startups like Rivian and Lucid are building their cars right here in the USA. Why is Tesla (American car company) building a new plant in Austin? If it was true that buyers were turning away from American cars, those companies would be building outside the US. Mexico would make much more sense and plus those companies would need to remove their ownership from the US too. Yet they are not. They are doing exactly the opposite of your speculation. Why is that?
Plus, Elio was a great idea but there are many reasons why it was not able to get the funding.
1. Being a three wheeler. Those are just for the quirky crowd and thus sell in low numbers in America. Not a single one has ever sold in the range that Elio needed (250K/year).
2. Relating to #1, the reservation rate showed people were not as interested as Elio thought. It took over 4 years to amass 65K reservations.
3. Bad business decisions early on. Elio spent way too much on getting that plant and equipment, then working overtime to change helmet laws. All while letting the product left on the back burner and not developed.
4. Over promising. He promised that they would be in production by June 2014 and exporting to china by the end of the decade. When you make grandiose claims like that, you'll get burned when you do not live up to at least 50% of them. Plus, I don;t know of a single person in the automotive business that thinks Elio can make a $7450 car. Thus, investors see that and realize that price was way too low. Then the 84 mpg became up to 84. 5 star crash rating became engineered to the highest standards. Then the Elio engine became some mystery engine. Then the gas version became electric.
5. Racking up debt because of #3. They will be at $230M in debt by the end of this year. All while Paul pays himself $250K and in 2020, they even got $110K in PPP money.
Why would anyone want to invest in (using your words) a shaky startup?
Good to see you admit that Elio is a "shaky startup". Now you admit it's nothing to do with South Asia and the south in the US but that Elio was not a good startup to invest in because they were "shaky". With that we can end this conversation as you have done your research and found out the real reason why Elio is dead.
As I have already explained, the speculation of land has no merit. If it did, then companies would only open up new plants in the north. Why would a company like BMW open up their largest plant in the world in the south then? Why make that investment only to have the south take it back? Instead, why didn't they open it up in NJ where BMW has their US headquarters. It's not in the south and by a major port. Plenty of workers in that metro area. Yet they went to the south. As I mentioned before, other companies still open in the south and hove no problem doing so. We can lay the land debate to rest.
As for your second paragraph, why would an Engineer start two major land wars in Asia just because his family is from the "old South". What is the old South in Asia and how does that have to do with Elio Motors, which is not in Asia but in the US? Please clarify.
You are correct that they need to raise more capital. As you seen with your research in the SEC filings, they only raised 1/6th of the capital needed to get this project going. Thus, they were underfunded.
I have no idea as to what "ethnofascism" is, but I thank you in advance as to telling me what it is. With that then we can continue on. I like detailed answers as opposed to easy ones. I have already searched that term but need to know in detail as to how it applies to this particular situation.
I’m outraged. Paul deserved $1M per year to rack up $17M in debt. Creating that amount of debt by producing nothing and dropping off the face of the earth in 2020 , takes lots of effort.
The SEC has Elio Motors filings. So if you are really into stocks, then you know where those documents are kept. So, go there and do your research. You'll see what Elio needs and what they have spent so far. According to their numbers, they are less than 50% of the way on the budget needed for completion of the actual product.
"The companies you mentioned probably had their own seed capital" - Elio definitely had seed capital. Last time they listed, it was $110M.
"Would you say there's definitely enough engineers available locally anywhere there's people?" - There are enough when you are in a place like Shreveport. If you look at the south, you'll find many manufacturing plants out in the middle of nowhere. Yet they seem to be able to attract those manufacturing engineers. I know as I was a manufacturing engineer for many years. It's much easier to attract good talent when you are using a metro area like Shreveport as opposed to some place like a plant that's in Danville, VA.
Also, you might remember that GM went bankrupt and thus to get out of that, they had to restructure. So, they took under performing plants that were building products that were to be discontinued, and thus closed them down. Shreveport was on the list as it met those criteria. Same for the Dayton, OH plant.
As for foreign firms, they do rely on people from the motherland. On the other hand, the majority (at least 95%) are from the country that they have the plant in. The 5% that are from the motherland, are usually on a 3 year expat assignment or the dozen or so that actually move here permanently. Plus, companies like Rivian are US based. They are operating out of a plant in Normal, IL. Trust me, there's way more to do in Shreveport than in Normal. You'd think that it would be really hard for Rivian to get manufacturing engineers, yet it wasn't.
Why would Ford want to rent out space? You do realize that they just can't take a spot and rent it out to whoever they want. In car plants, they have main operations (i.e. stamping and welding) that's in a central location which feeds a few assembly lines. Thus someone like Elio would have to get Ford to somehow stamp Elio parts and their own. Then hope that the Elio guys are not just wandering around on the Ford side stealing ideas. If you think automotive companies are not strict about privacy, then you are living on a different planet. Again, Chicago will never happen. Plus, if Ford had the extra space, why didn't they rent that out to Rivian. Ford invested $500M in the company and instead of using this unused space in Chicago, they made them go out into the farmland of Normal.
If you look at manufacturing in the US, it's robust and growing. So, Elio could have gotten onto this bandwagon and literally were gifted with having a ready to go plant in a decent sized metro area. Just because Elio blew their money on stuff like helmet laws, lining their own pockets and a traveling road show yet not developing the product to completion, is the real reason why they failed. Elio admits they are not even to 50% developed for the product. All you have to do is not speculate but do research into official Elio documents.
Maybe you need to just research your free thinking statements before posting them.
"Those companies also have plenty of their own engineers." Yes they do but when they open a new plant, they need to hire new engineers. That's what happens when you expand. Thus they somehow found engineers to move to the south to work.
"It may have been difficult to keep manufacturing engineers in the place." Why would that be? Please explain. Plus explain why "no one wants to move their family to Shreveport to work". If that's the case, the city and surrounding area would be empty, yet it is not.
"They have stopped assembling Taurus in Chicago so there may be unused space." So Ford should just take this unused space (which is an assumption) and give it to Elio? What's in it for Ford? Please explain.
As you already know, Elio has a plant in Shreveport, so they would have to walk away from that and ask Ford to give them something for nothing. Elio might as well ask Musk to build an additional wing in Austin so Elio can set up shop there. Maybe they could ask one of the other automotive companies here in the US to just give them space and equipment too.
I never heard that "the patriotic American car buying segment was mad at auto assembly workers for kneeling during the anthem". Please elaborate. I have never heard of this but it must be true as you mentioned it. I would think that this would have been front page news if it was true.
"They are no longer building Taurus in Chicago so there may be an unused plant" With 1 minute of research I found out (from Ford) that there is no unused Ford plant in Chicago. The plant you refer to makes the Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator (again from Ford). So, look into another plant then as there is none in Chicago.
Then, "Sometimes people in the South view the land as theirs and don't want anyone settling permanently" Please explain "People". Right now many other manufacturers are in the South and make cars. For example, Mercedes Benz, Kia/Hyundai, Honda, VW, BMW, Toyota, Mazda etc. So, if those companies still continue in the "South" then it makes no sense that Elio would not be able to build there either. So, please elaborate how others can build but for some reason, Elio is the exception. Plus, Kia/Hyundai is using a good percentage of the existing GM Shreveport plant that Elio is supposed to use. I would think that "the people" would keep that from happening. Yet they do not.
Remember, PSD did state a while back "Remember, they've known for a long time that domestic auto production was not profitable.
Perhaps they might realize we need to go to Mexico or Canada or Brazil. Big investors might start stepping up"
Now he thinks, Chicago is where Elio needs to go.
I really hope that the next statement will be along the lines of, "With so much interest into going to Mars, investors might be waiting until we go there and then Elio can build a plant on that planet. All of the Earth issues that I've mentioned previously, will not exist there. So, let's keep chanting MARS! MARS! MARS!. Maybe they will hear us."
So, you wanted Elio Motors to go to Mexico but now you want them to go to Chicago? Which is it? Plus, Ford would have to stop the current production in Chicago and put the plant up for sale. Elio would have to buy it, get out of the current contract in Shreveport and finally finish the car. As we all know, they are a long way form even a completed product, let alone moving to a plant that is in operation making the Explorer.
There was a time when EV's were considered a joke and nobody will every buy them in the masses. Plus there was a time that streaming movies was never going to work because we all really wanted to go to a video store and pick out what we wanted. Then there was a time when brick and mortar stores were the only way to go as nobody was ever going to buy into the notion of doing things online. Plus, people would only ride in certified taxis as using a shared ride service was never going to happen.
EVTOL's will never happen as people only want something like gasoline to power their trip to the store all while doing it by air.
This reminds me of 10 years ago when it came to EV's.
They will never work.
Nobody will ever buy them
Impractical
Just a fad
Here we are in 2019 and there are Teslas everywhere and the rest of the market is throttling up on EV's. Plus, the resources that are going onto batteries is massive. When we finally get solid state batteries, that's going to be another game changer. So, being all down on E-Vtol's is just a reaction of old people that believe it has to have gasoline for it to work for them. Good part is, there is a younger generation that has a different idea. Unless Moller goes electric, it'll never see the light of day. That's where the investments are going, not in an ICE VTOL.
I called them the other day to ask and got voicemail and left them a message. If it's like the lats time I contacted them, then they return phone call will happen soon. When I mean soon, that's when I'm telling you the sun is a dying star and will burn out soon. That frame of reference when it comes to time.
With the stock being revoked, what happens next for Moller? Will this change the current plans with Freedom Motors?
This is why they are going with a proven engine to power generators and scooters. That will allow Moller to be paid back and then Moller can make their product. If someone could come up with a new powerplant that would make the Moller a reality, that would be great, but as of now, not a single powerplant other than the Wankel works. I wish someone would prove me wrong but I doubt they will. I don't want to see a bunch of maths but a real working product that has been tested thoroughly. So investors are waiting....
Problem is, there's no real world example of what can make the Moller work. It's all on paper and done by an unknown person with zero credentials. If the stockholders would just tell Paul that there has to be a new engine that will blast the stock price higher than the Moller could fly, then they need to let him know. Plus they need to let him know that they will put in more money to make this work because this time, the maths do not lie. How we know,is because a stranger told us.
There you go. It's one simple trick. At this point, not a single company or person outside of Moller has a real world example of a car that can fly. So, at this point, you can only just do that one thing that keeps Moller back and that's funding a powerplant that exists on paper. It might blow up on the dyno over and over again. Might be unreliable or cost 100X to maintain or need yet another funded project to get the efficiency to match theoretical but that's no big deal. The maths in the paper and pencil stage are all that matters. Show it flying in a Mexico desert and the stock will be at $1000. It's that the stockholders need to take over the company and then fund yet another paper project.
The report I seen was that it might have started with a spark from a mower. It's ironic that he holds the patent on spark arresting mufflers which would go on said mowers.

It wasn't hard to do and took around 10 minutes of research. Thing is, it's all public information that anyone can get.
What typically worries me if when people push a technology and have a website but the information is murky and unless you go do research, you'll never know who is behind it. Hiding something like that sends off an alarm, that something is not right. He had the opportunity to correct it and just got defensive then deflected to something else. Again, another alarm.
Selling an idea is easy. Making that idea a reality is the hard part. So this just looked like another version of selling or licensing an idea and sit back to collect the money. There are plenty other flying car companies out there, thus he can sell it to them. Airbus, Jeff Bezos and Warren Buffett would be my first choices, as it's a surefire thing due to the maths. All three are smart and will see he is right.
Corbin,
Good sales pitch. Sounds similar for when you were pushing Cubic Currency when you were all over the Infrax forum. All we have to do is just look up IFXY and see where that went.
Better part is, calling people stupid (assuming people do not understand math physics and geometry) is a great way to convince people that yo are right.
It's good to know that Split Power is the one that will keep Moller going. It will be the investors fault if this company goes under due to the non existent Split Power motor.
I notice you have never answered my four simple questions and have deflected to something else. That means, you do not have the answers and are hoping that the Moller investors (just like the IFXY ones) will come to the rescue.
Regards,
Bill
Here's the Cubic Currency website for anyone that is curious:

Corbin,
So, Moller showed all of us a vehicle that floated 10ft off the ground and a bunch of Mazda engines. You have shown us nothing. Only a bunch of words on a website. Anyone can do what you did. You have no prototype and have done no testing. Imagine if Paul claimed to have an engine and a bunch of tech in a vault that nobody has ever seen but he says it exists. Would you believe it exists or that he's just blowing hot air? By what you do, you believe him 100% because it must exist or he would have never said it. Same for your claims.
The Split Power engine is the way to go and you have a patent app to show it. As we all know, there are loads of patents out there that are of items that can never be produced. So what makes you different? What would make you different is that you come clean on whether you have a working prototype, show us the results of your testing and what it compares to theoretical. You don't have to worry about your name because I found it and now everyone can just google it and do their due diligence.
Here's your chance Corbin, just answer the questions because for investors, it's extremely important that we all know you are not just some guy sitting in a motel room somewhere waiting to cash in on people that do no research. I know you are not but you need to prove it to everyone else.
Thanks for the answers and we all will support you when you provide what has been asked of you.
Regards,
Bill
Corbin,
What you are saying is that you only have a patent application. Other than that, you have nothing. It's up to selling this patent application via a licensing agreement. You have no idea if this engine will actually work, be reliable, function under various conditions and if it's even cost effective to build. I would never say this but you have provides zero documentation and proof that you have something that actually works as advertised. Until you can do this, then I suggest you might want to stop posting and get to work to prove me and that boatload of other investors out there that you can walk the walk.
Please provide the proof. I look forward to it and then Split Power is a design that we can all count on for future investment. if you don't then you are in the same pile of dreamers that hope for investment by having patents, patent applications or just an overabundance of maths that have yet to be proven in the real world.
Plus why is this in the Moller section can only be answered that Corbin is praying that the Moller Stockholders will pressure Paul into getting the stock back going and then Paul paying to license this pipe dream engine just to make whatever existing flying car Moller has into a reality. If not, then prove me wrong with actions as opposed to words. Actions will get you investors.
Regards,
Bill
I've been following this for a while and you keep posting how the rotary will never work, that you have an engine which will, people should buy Moller stock, Moller should license your engine and you keep contacting Moller but they never respond.
Since you obviously have something of value and you keep talking about splitpower, I ask you this:
1. How many splitpower engines have you built?
2. How many are running?
3. How many hours of testing have you done?
4. How does the theoretical math work out to reality?
At this point all I see is a website and some papers. If I was Paul and someone came to me with just that and nothing tangible, then I wouldn't respond either. On the other hand, if you have all of this up and running then why not go visit Paul with an engine in hand and have him take a look at it? That would get this thing going much faster.
Also, the splitpower and corporationofflight pages seems to have nobody behind it. It's about as murky as the Cubic Currency page that operates out of the same address in Atlanta. The only information I can find is that Corbin Leroy Young is the CEO, COO and Secretary. That's just via the GA Department of Corporations public website. Plus that person has two patents. One is the Flux Capacitor Solar Cell and Edge Self Designing Card Game For Fun, Professional and Casino Play.
My suggestion is since there is a website, maybe put in an About Us link and another on the progress of this engine. It would really help get the splitpower engine going as opposed to having everyone just keep guessing. Maybe the engine is not your engine but you keep pushing the shareholders to get Moller to license it.
