You are correct that they need to raise more capital. As you seen with your research in the SEC filings, they only raised 1/6th of the capital needed to get this project going. Thus, they were underfunded.

I have no idea as to what "ethnofascism" is, but I thank you in advance as to telling me what it is. With that then we can continue on. I like detailed answers as opposed to easy ones. I have already searched that term but need to know in detail as to how it applies to this particular situation.
