As you already know, Elio has a plant in Shreveport, so they would have to walk away from that and ask Ford to give them something for nothing. Elio might as well ask Musk to build an additional wing in Austin so Elio can set up shop there. Maybe they could ask one of the other automotive companies here in the US to just give them space and equipment too.
