Now he thinks, Chicago is where Elio needs to go.

I really hope that the next statement will be along the lines of, "With so much interest into going to Mars, investors might be waiting until we go there and then Elio can build a plant on that planet. All of the Earth issues that I've mentioned previously, will not exist there. So, let's keep chanting MARS! MARS! MARS!. Maybe they will hear us."
