As I have already explained, the speculation of land has no merit. If it did, then companies would only open up new plants in the north. Why would a company like BMW open up their largest plant in the world in the south then? Why make that investment only to have the south take it back? Instead, why didn't they open it up in NJ where BMW has their US headquarters. It's not in the south and by a major port. Plenty of workers in that metro area. Yet they went to the south. As I mentioned before, other companies still open in the south and hove no problem doing so. We can lay the land debate to rest.

As for your second paragraph, why would an Engineer start two major land wars in Asia just because his family is from the "old South". What is the old South in Asia and how does that have to do with Elio Motors, which is not in Asia but in the US? Please clarify.
