Good Morning Peeps..
Marty, I too am a big picture kinda guy and agree that many times the board gets caught up on details. Not my style either.
The checkered Mona II past, I suspect, is a key factor in the delay to uplist,
I believe it's the 007 patent hearing of which the nonsense lawsuits are based.
Not sure what the continuing turf war is all about on here between the two camps.
It’s been reported by more than one financial news source that CVSI will need a cash influx by the end of the fourth quarter. This is due to rapid expansion, they are acquiring companies faster than they can make the money.
I may just have to try out some of that barrel testing this weekend. You have a good one too.
cvsi partner lab testing barrels for safety:
Has this challenge against CVSI from this SA article ever been addressed?
Good Morning Peeps..
Gladys likes to post this quote from a Seeking Alpha (lol .. lame) article from over a year ago. It talks about CVSI:
The company has been issuing shares left and right. Over the past six years, its share count has grown from just 7 million to 91 million!
Does anyone really believe Mona wants any of his "retirement" money to be tied to "developmental milestones" of their never mentioned and totally unfunded cvsi-007 synthetic drug development idea?
CMC, his dad was hardly operating in a vacuum. The whole original crew was and is nuts. Dowling and the current newer people aren't showing any signs of being any more honest either IMO. Otherwise, for one thing, their hemp paste constituents and extraction process would be more clearly understood by their shareholders.
Again.. what did THIS Mona do that was wrong?
Mona jr jr is COO.
I get it.. and there probably is a lot of truth in it.
But dont forget, the people that were the liars back in the day no longer work for the company.
Kroger and now the VItamin Store don't seem to mind who CVSI is.. regardless of the past.
Time permitting, I will be setting straight that skewed info whenever I see this kind of dishonesty. They are liars, and are easily spotted as such, if you care to be a realist.
The talk about flowers and seeds in the extraction is irrelevant in my opinion.
The best part about that paper though is that the scientists didn't know what they were testing.. The scientists were under the impression that what they were testing was straight forward, unadulterated, CO2 extract, but that was not the case at all.
Good Morning Peeps..
Is this why INSTITUTIONAL FUNDS are investing in CVSI? https://money.cnn.com/quote/shareholders/shareholders.html?symb=CVSI&subView=institutional
I Like Charlotte's Use of Cash
Cron is selling CBD and listed on the NASDAQ? That confirms my suspicion after talking with the VP of listing qualifications for NASDAQ!
Nice price action yesterday and today.. but I sure would like to see these gains bring in some big volume. Maybe these little run ups will attract some attention.
I really like this part from that article..
BOTTOM LINE
Robust revenue growth is one of the reasons why CV Sciences deserves a higher valuation. Unlike most cannabis companies, the company is already profitable, an achievement that underscores its focus on generating shareholder value. More than $15 million in cash and zero debt underscore the company’s solid fundamentals likely to continue fuelling the upward momentum.
Already up 0.06 premarket today!
Good Morning Peeps..
There are limited institutional rules but it isn’t a blanket rule
Why do people think this is a thing? It’s not true. Do you think Piper Jaffray is just a guy in a basement? They are an institution.
It could be that Motley Fool article that came out comparing CVSI to CWBHF and picking CVSI over them. Maybe people are reading it.
Regardless, I will take it.
Here is an interesting article I found while doing a little research..
Charlottes Web vs CV Sciences
The conclusion:
There's a lot to like about Charlotte's Web, but its current price is so high right now that the stock is a little too risky. Although the CBD industry could grow to more than $20 billion annually in a few years, there are already heaps of manufacturers jostling for top spots currently held by Charlotte's Web and CV Sciences.
While Charlotte's Web has a popular brand now, investors need that brand to remain on top for a long time if they're going to see a return on their investment. Shares of CV Sciences, at a more reasonable valuation of just 6.1 times trailing sales, have a better chance to provide a market-beating return. That makes it a better CBD stock to buy right now.
Pardon if this has been discussed. I am curious as to why we are still trading on the OTCQB instead of OTCQX. Our competitor is on the QX. Valens just announced they had graduated to the QX. What am I missing?
Here's the direct link to the article: https://seekingalpha.com/article/4202647-cv-sciences-investors-watch-risks
That contrasts with CV Sciences' history of dilutive use of stock as described in "CV Sciences: Investors Should Watch These Risks"
Good Morning Peeps..

where do all the large asks come from? is it mona dumping shares all this time? Yes!

How many millions did those clinical trials cost? Is there a guarantee our product will show positive effect?
So CV paid to be a sponsor at the Kroger food fair ? Not helping the stock..
Darth wins.
The scientists who did the testing don't know or care about the difference between that and real hemp extract.
anyone in texas who can check krogers and cvs to see what is on the shelves? post pics?
Copy and paste on their website? I don't even know where that shows up on their website
Sorry I don't see it. Where?:

What was CVSI's cGMP facility score after their inspection?
So much upside with very little downside...
Good Morning Peeps..
I say that a solid cGMP rating is more meaningful than self-GRAS or seeking FDA GRAS because it isn't trying to claim that CBD is or is not anything. That was already done by the FDA
