Marty, I too am a big picture kinda guy and agree that many times the board gets caught up on details. Not my style either.

The checkered Mona II past, I suspect, is a key factor in the delay to uplist,

I do want to point out that no other U.S. based CBD company has uplisted yet, and because of that I believe that the uplist is not Mona related. He wasn't involved in anyone else's business and none of them are on NASDAQ either. To me, it has to be something else.

This obviously is NOT that same company as it was a few years ago. The new management team has its act together, and that can be seen by the quarterly revenue growth and profits being made. Companies run by shit management teams dont get either one of those things. Are they perfect? Probably not, and no one is. But as long as they continue on the direction they are headed I will own my shares because I like what I see.

This company is like a tightly wound spring. Given the right circumstances its going to pop.
