Cron is selling CBD and listed on the NASDAQ? That confirms my suspicion after talking with the VP of listing qualifications for NASDAQ!

CRON is based in Canada. Hemp, MJ, the works is all legal federally in Canada so NASDAQ has no issues.

The only way for a U.S. based company to get around it would for a company to already be listed on NASDAQ and then get into the CBD business. But I bet that would raise a flag or two and NASDAQ would have a decision to make.
