I believe it's the 007 patent hearing of which the nonsense lawsuits are based.

I am no lawyer type mind you, but I do have some common sense in this noggin of mine.

Seems to me that if the patent hearing thats happening today really is about the 007 patent, that right there is undeniable PROOF that the patent request is active.. meaning the lawsuit is a joke because why would there be an official hearing on the patent if the patent were dead like those lawsuits want us to believe?!!

If the St Louis Blues can win the Stanley Cup after being in dead last place for half the season then I suppose anything can happen, but those bogus lawsuits should be thrown out just because of todays hearing, regardless of the outcome.

For anyone new, last year Citron orchestrated a short attack on CVSI based on the 'rumor' that a patent application was supposedly denied and dead, when in fact is was not. The short attack cut the price from $9.00 down to where it is now. The next day or two saw a handful of lawsuits filed against the company for not informing the stock holders that the patent request was dead. Its not, and todays hearing only proves this.
