Agreed.. it is not a blanket rule. But it is popular enough to keep them from buying into CVSI as long as its on the OTC, or I cant help but think it would be happening.

Most will not touch an OTC stock, and a lot have a price limit of at least $5 per share. Being on the NASDAQ should fix both of those for us. In the meantime we wait.
