It is in the discovery paperwork that I received from my former broker, Just2Trade, when they charged me over $2k for physical certificate fees. It's a well known issue, and the reason why TDA wouldn't trade EIGH, among other brokers.

Not an unreasonable position, but I think we got pretty oversold over a long period of time here. I have shares I bought in the teens. I think we've got some good things in our nearterm future here, and the exposure certainly helps.
