I'm in OPXA from 1.42 to 1.46, based on co's plans to commence FDA meetings on P2B Tovaxin trials at year's end and my expectation any capital raise will be done through the sale of certain Tovaxin commercial rights, not dilution or debt. The aforementioned is my opinion only, and not investment advice.
