Looks like someone is trying to get their old job back, eh Max.
Aren't you guys forgetting that USSE is the proud owner of a ethanol "still" courtesy of ONYI.
Yeah, but it made Zardho laugh out loud.
Sorry guys, this is a homemade web page that could have been created yesterday by a high school kid, no webmaster, no nothin (one of you techies might be able to determine when created). Really am sorry.

Aren't you a little young to be barking orders?
If you are really going with a critical eye and an attempt at objectivity, ask the following:
Why during the last version of JR's adapation of Comedy Workshop (to you Kool-Aiders a CC) did he say that application was made and FEES PAID for Green E certification? THis was also PR'd awhile back after a radio interview by a former employee. If you call Green E you will learn that they have no record of application or FEES PAID by USSE or SSTP or any company in Mississippi and according to Green E there are only 45 companies worlwide that hold these certifications for PRODUCTS. Isn't this certification a cornerstone of this whole scheme?
That little gem was at about the 11 minute mark but the real gem came just prior when he said (I'm paraphasing), "We've notified EPA that we are about to enter commercial production and need to get permits". This from Mr. "I don't need no stinkin' permits" himself. What's laughable about this is the well known fact that for years EPA has delegated this process to the states and in the words of the MDEQ head of permitting he hasen't talked with USSE (go to the Natchez Democrats web and search John Rivera). Do you have how expensive and time consuming this process is, no newspapers where you live? That's where daily under Public Notices some company has to advertise the request and go through public hearings, etc. I could go on and on but I would'nt want to interupt your Kool-Aid gulping.
Enjoy the theater in Natchez, those "tubes" cost him about 25K and how much have they realized in dilution?
Unfortunately this still applies,
An old pinkie addage, "If they pump and price don't jump it's time to dump".
Lots of questions go unanswered.

Have you ever heard of a researcher "buying" what he is doing research on, now really. Is this guy is just another of the companies 100K or 200K share schills, or maybe he is smart enough to get his up front. How about you?
Is this Vee-Go Energy accredited to do testing? What scientific control methods will they use and will they be recognized by the business community? How many planting cycles will complete testing and how many years will it take. For God's sake people use common sense instead of acting like mindless rubes.
"Uhhh, that thing you said you weren't going to talk about...uhhh cough, you just talked about uhhh cough!
just wondered if anyone else noticed that oxymoron"
I listened to the CC and don't know abou "oxy",but you sure got the second part right. If they had half a brain they would remove it and hope it never resurfaces.
You wrote:
".: there is probably as much personal wealth per capita in Americus, Georgia as their is on Peachtree Street in Atlanta. My dad worked for TVA, so I got some incite from him previously. also. And, if you think there is any lack of money around Birmingham, AL or Columbus or Meridian, MS go for a drive through their Country Club districts some afternoon."
Here's an idea get the names and telephone #'s of these financiers, contact them with the conference call telephone number. After hearing about USSE from the company's illustrious leader the stock should rocket.
"Economic model" is the name of the leopard chick in the Red Clip photo above. Sorry guys you are in big trouble. The kindest thing someone could do is to tell them to make up some excuse for not replaying that for 30 days.
Did he say they are going to sell Liars Certificates at the "event", new revenue stream?
I could not agree with you more. This sale, albeit small, is the start of commercial enterprise and test the MDEQ permitting requirements issue. As an R&D facility they were not required to permit, now that enterprise has commenced this will test the "I don't need no stinkin permits" issue. I have fowarded the fertilizer sale and the conference call PR to Bryan Collins of MDEQ, if I get a reply I will post.
What's distrubing here is that you really believe that a BB stock with an undifined asset value qualifies for treatment under S/O. What has been accomplished here is the discussion is now away from:
No PRODUCTION
No revenue
No "open house" per the Jan PR
.......and no anything
BTW, was this done under an MOU, LOI, or the usual FYA? LOL
" He also said he had a signed contract for all the fertilizer they could produce at $1.00 per pound"
Did he try to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge? Does common sense ever enter the equation when making a decision? If someone lies about one thing maybe, just maybe, they are lying about everything else?
That's a very good point. I might recommend that all investors post their questions on this board and someone compile a list just to see how many of the "investors" questions get answered. Remember to factor in that there are numerous 100K share company "advocates" on these boards and we know their questions will probably make to the front of the line.
For example if I were an investor I would ask , why no production from the existing reactor to date? A little research would tell you that no serious utility would enter into a contract without proof of an uninterupted supply and bulk sampling. For example IESV had to undergo 30 days of uninterupted testing before entering into a supply contract and the source was from bulk samples (not a couple drips).
I think the biggest red flag here is that other than a few drips the "reactor" is idle. Have any of you ever invented anything or brought a product to market? I can tell you from experience that the inventor would never let that reactor sit idle even if he had to give the product away.
No, this is the problem you accept some concocted excuse and don't even remember this event was scheduled for the end of Jan. as per the 1/17/07 PR:
U.S. Sustainable is planning an official commissioning ceremony for later this month to kick off fuel production, to include expected visits from government officials, foreign dignitaries, members of the press, and senior journalists from national trade magazines in the power, petroleum and environmental sectors. Special attendees will also include invited power brokers and prospective clients presenting contract opportunities.
The "reactor" completed for over 2 months and producing a couple of gallons for testing, please use some common sense. As someone has said the "carrot" just keeps getting moved farther and farther away.
Every time I tried to ask Maximus about that Green e certification he would disappear and never answer. BTW, you seem like an educated person so I am sure that you are aware of the many business writing software programs (including technical writing) available to someone without those skills. My point is that you may be dealing with someone less educated than you think but has computer skills.
The bottom line here is that no PRODUCTION means no revenue no matter how many contracts are written. Free Whatever is almost three months old and no PRODUCTION other than limited amounts used for R&D. No way a real inventor would leave his creation idle that long.
You are just what the doctor ordered.
I think the landscape is changing in "pinkie land", most of these guys have been able to do and say what they wanted without impunity. That's why they hire moderators and "spokesmen" to buffer them from scrunity. Times they are achangin.
In the NEWS-JAILED CKYS CEO Nabbed by FBI
Posted on Thursday, March 15 @ 22:54:52 CDT
By Bethany Anderson
MN1 Investigates
ST GEORGE, Utah (March 15, 2007) – It’s been less than a month since trade resumed on CyberKey Solutions’ (PK:CKYS) stock, but the company finds itself in hot water again as its CEO has apparently been arrested and briefly jailed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
A source close to the situation said Jim Plant has been charged with securities fraud in district court. Documentation has not appeared on the US Pacer website, which serves as a clearinghouse for all court documentation on the federal level. As soon as they do appear, Market News First will relay the information.
Plant was apparently arrested by FBI agent Greg Haynie March 13, and booked into the Washington County, Utah, jail. He was released a few hours later, according to paperwork obtained from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Nary a word of the arrest was mentioned in a press release sent out by CyberKey Thursday, where it said an internal investigation indicated that an unnamed company official “utilized improper accounting methods and reporting procedures while handling critical company contracts.”
“CyberKey’s accounting and reporting of certain matters may be in violation of the practices governed under securities laws,” the release added.
According to the release, the company’s accounting for revenues received and accounts receivable contained “numerous material errors” when it came to accounting for fulfilling a third party contract with the Department of Homeland Security.
“In November 2006, the Company began to discover information which indicated that this contract was not directly with DHS but instead with a third party distributor that was representing it was having the Cyberkey products delivered directly to DHS facilities in different locations,” the release continued. “The Company has discovered that none of the products supposedly sold to this third party distributor had been delivered to DHS as had been represented repeatedly during 2006.”
The company said that the revenues from the contract weren’t realized because the third party distributor “apparently circumvented the Company’s relationship with its manufacturer in China and secured direct payment and delivery of the CyberKey products without paying CyberKey anything.” The contract, the company said in the release, would have received more than $20 million in 2006 and operating profit totaling more than $12 million.
The company also said that its comptroller told the company’s legal counsel last week that the company’s financials for the last five quarters were inaccurate, and that she had improperly entered financial information into the accounting system and forged several documents. She was removed from her position last week, the company said.
In what is probably a notable case of chutzpah, CEO Jim Plant said in the release that he was “deeply troubled by the findings related to the accounting practices of our company.”
Plant disavowed any knowledge of the “problems,” but did say that they “happened on my watch.” He added that the company was putting in safeguards to avoid a similar situation again, and that the company would also be releasing corrected financial statements.
On Feb. 20, the company resumed trading after being suspended by the SEC 10 days earlier.
“It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of CyberKey Solutions, Inc. ("CyberKey") because of questions regarding the accuracy of assertions made by CyberKey, and others, in press releases and other public statements to investors, concerning among other things: (1) contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies, (2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts,” the order for the suspension read.
CyberKey’s website says that it partners with “industry leading manufacturers and distributors to deliver secure USB drive-based solutions to vertical markets and content owners, service providers and resellers.”
According to unaudited financials for fiscal year 2006 that are posted on CyberKey’s website, the company says it generated over $33,000,000 in revenues and has also reported total assets exceeding $28,000,000, which is a 45 percent increase over the $19,500,000 in assets reported for the first half of 2006.
That $33 million in revenues includes purchase orders for 150,000 CyberKey from various federal agencies, the company said in a Jan. 29 press release.
“This was truly an amazing year for the growth of our company and it is reflected in our financial statements. We will continue to aggressively market our cutting edge security solutions and product line to our ever expanding list of vertical markets," Plant said at the time of the press release.
Why do you refuse to answer this question about Green E certification, you're the one who brought it up in your interview.
I wrote this to another poster but, since you are here perhaps you could clarify status. Have you actually made application for certification, if so, under what company name. Have you received certification, and if no, how long should it take?
Last, how do you address item C, since the agencies in question have had no interaction with the company required to achieve certification. Thanks.
Sackmaster not to beat a dead horse, but it appears the standards are pretty rigid:
http://www.green-e.org/getcert_re_stan.shtml
Now if you follow the link to the following:
C. Emissions Limits on Biomass
All facilities must be in compliance with all state and/or federal laws/rules regarding emissions. For facilities subject to New Source Review (NSR), the facility must be compliant with all applicable regional and state standards pertaining to NSR.
Now do you think they will accept that we have "been visited by the EPA 8 times", even though EPA has no record or MDEQ has never been approched by this group, will qualify. I don't think so.
Making an application is easy (if they have done so) but the devil is in those pesky details.

As my grandaughter would say, "uhhhh....actually no", that particular JS gem is in bankruptcy, I believe.
If you are going to take the drive keep going on I-20 past Shreveport to Jackson and visit MDEQ, then whip on down the Natchez Trace through Port Gibson, have lunch ask around. You probably won't make it to Natchez after that, but remember, when you get home keep all sharp objects in the drawer.
Be careful I believe this is just round one:

Boys, be careful I think this is just round one.
No offense but you need to read more carefully. The PR's don't really say anything difinitive....go back read carefully and pay attention to words like "TFT is currently reviewing agreement possibilities" (it would be nice if WM was doing the reviewing) and "Fleet trials from WASTE MANAGEMENT and other high profile organizations, will further guarantee the success of the Co-Fuelling Technology" (sure they would if they ever occur).
Now go to CTTD and read their PR's and see if you can spot the similarities and price action. Put sunglasses on as that light in your head just may go off. LOL
Forget contracts you need PRODUCTION to deliver into a contract. Contracts aren't worth the paper they are written on if you can't deliver PRODUCT. Surely by the time this media event takes place PRODUCTION will have stared and hundreds of thousands of gallons of "juice" will be in tanks ready for delivery to all those beating down the doors.
The last announced media event which was to occur in Jan. included political leaders and regulators, have they been left out this time? Surely all those Governors and Senators would not pass up a photo op, to introduce this world changing technology to the doubter's.
Let's face it when PRODUCTION begins and delivery into contracts produce revenues all doubter's are silenced, until then enjoy the opportunity to buy shares at these ridiculous prices (and I mean RIDICULOUS)
Dragon on the Sake a little early today? Step away! you might have a bad batch. LOL
You wrote..." the problem there is with no contract in sight, no real movement in Natchez (building more reactors), even if they get a contract, they won't be able to produce against their stated target...
Do you really think any responsible power entity would sign a contract without proof of continuous supply (production)?
I'll bet he's Maxie's 2nd cousin. LOL
I guess we asked different questions.
Hmmmm...if you had called the publicized name from the mentioned agency you would not have asked the question.
It's interesting that you will ask company operatives your imperative question but won't make the call to MDEQ to find out why they never have and probably never will produce 6000 gal/day of magic Ju Ju juice. Kool-Aid with a sour taste? Yuck. LOL
Can't help with all your questions but as far as "who is Helga", answer; one rich bitch.
I don't know how so many got caught up in this one but even a quick glance said fraud. (see post 106)
These are questions to those that have been to uWink based on two visits by my daughter and son-in-law. They are both marketing execs (she with AB and recently CBS radio and he AB for years).
Food - above average.
Ambiance - she cold, he not very loud
Price - OK
Staff - Good
Turnover - unable to really to tell both visits during mid -week and was not full eihter visit, but nothing unusual.
Observation - both visits a table was "down" and on one visit a table was being worked on, obviously not occupied.
So my question to them was, what were the franchise opportunities assuming the price is within market parameters. Both had the same reply, does the company supply tech support or is the franchisee on his own after a warranty period. They both felt this would be an important factor in anyone's consideration.
Thanks for your thoughts or imput.
Don't forget your 8K if you want to see "Free Willy" pee. LOL Hope you get in and for research you might want to call the local newspaper for numbers of interest. GLTY
