These are questions to those that have been to uWink based on two visits by my daughter and son-in-law. They are both marketing execs (she with AB and recently CBS radio and he AB for years).
Food - above average.
Ambiance - she cold, he not very loud
Price - OK
Staff - Good
Turnover - unable to really to tell both visits during mid -week and was not full eihter visit, but nothing unusual.
Observation - both visits a table was "down" and on one visit a table was being worked on, obviously not occupied.

So my question to them was, what were the franchise opportunities assuming the price is within market parameters. Both had the same reply, does the company supply tech support or is the franchisee on his own after a warranty period. They both felt this would be an important factor in anyone's consideration.
