I could not agree with you more. This sale, albeit small, is the start of commercial enterprise and test the MDEQ permitting requirements issue. As an R&D facility they were not required to permit, now that enterprise has commenced this will test the "I don't need no stinkin permits" issue. I have fowarded the fertilizer sale and the conference call PR to Bryan Collins of MDEQ, if I get a reply I will post.
