What's distrubing here is that you really believe that a BB stock with an undifined asset value qualifies for treatment under S/O. What has been accomplished here is the discussion is now away from:
No PRODUCTION
No revenue
No "open house" per the Jan PR
.......and no anything

BTW, was this done under an MOU, LOI, or the usual FYA? LOL
