If you are really going with a critical eye and an attempt at objectivity, ask the following:

Why during the last version of JR's adapation of Comedy Workshop (to you Kool-Aiders a CC) did he say that application was made and FEES PAID for Green E certification? THis was also PR'd awhile back after a radio interview by a former employee. If you call Green E you will learn that they have no record of application or FEES PAID by USSE or SSTP or any company in Mississippi and according to Green E there are only 45 companies worlwide that hold these certifications for PRODUCTS. Isn't this certification a cornerstone of this whole scheme?

That little gem was at about the 11 minute mark but the real gem came just prior when he said (I'm paraphasing), "We've notified EPA that we are about to enter commercial production and need to get permits". This from Mr. "I don't need no stinkin' permits" himself. What's laughable about this is the well known fact that for years EPA has delegated this process to the states and in the words of the MDEQ head of permitting he hasen't talked with USSE (go to the Natchez Democrats web and search John Rivera). Do you have how expensive and time consuming this process is, no newspapers where you live? That's where daily under Public Notices some company has to advertise the request and go through public hearings, etc. I could go on and on but I would'nt want to interupt your Kool-Aid gulping.

Enjoy the theater in Natchez, those "tubes" cost him about 25K and how much have they realized in dilution?
