Any idea when the DTC chill will be lifted? TDAmeritrade restricts buying due to DTC chill. I own the stock and sold a few shares this week and was charged $51 in addition to my normal commission. TD has told me the $51 was a fee from the Minerco transfer agent.

Has anyone tryed calling there broker and explained the situation. I called the other day to see if I could get a quote and they called the order room . Took a few minutes but they came back with 04x.07.
