So all of the money from the trucking is going to Tom anyways? How does this company then be profitable from the trucking so they can buy back shares like they said or to open the Destino ranch fairy tale? Not to mention Toms also getting rich from selling his shares after the trucking business dries up. He's got this company by the balls.

Look at the issuances an Q3. Shares are issued at deep discounts to the market. Note holders typically convert tranches of 9.99% of the debt they're owed which they dump. Doing so drives down the price. At that point the note holder can compel the company the company to issue even more shares to "true up" the value of the debt they're owed. As the cycle repeats the stock price falls while the O/S explodes. When the A/S of 4 billion is maxed out the lender can LEGALLY COMPEL THE COMPANY TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED SHARES TO THE STRATOSPHERE resulting in massive dilution.

2 - On May 12, 2021, Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. (the, “Company”) has executed a $2,000,000 credit facility with TK Zarro, LLC ("TKZ")
which has an interest rate of 8% per year and the balance of this loan converts into restricted stock at a dollar-for-dollar basis and shall be
calculated based on the 10-day average price of the borrower’s stock as quoted on the OTC Markets under the stock symbol GTVH. On
November 2, 2021, the Company executed an agreement and renegotiated the terms of investment from its Note Holder, TK Zarro, LLC
(“TKZ”). TKZ was originally issued Preferred H shares for his investments in the Company and has now executed a 3(a)(9) Exchange
through which 480,400 Preferred Series H shares owned by TKZ, were exchanged for a Credit Facility (the, “Credit Facility”). The Credit
Facility has a 10% simple interest rate per year and all exchanged shares were returned to the Company treasury. Under the terms of
the Credit Facility any balance owed to TKZ may be converted, on a dollar-for-dollar basis at a 20% discount to market price, into restricted
stock of GTVH. On May 17, 2022, this 20% conversion discount was amended to 50%. In addition, TKZ agreed to increase the credit limit
of the facility to $5,000,000. The terms of this Credit Facility were viewed as a favorable option to the Company because of its ability to pay
back the money loaned from TKZ. This Credit Facility may be viewed as less favorable in the event of a conversion below the $0.05
share price of the originally issued Preferred H Shares that were owned by TKZ. The company is working towards a goal to pay back all
loaned money from TKZ and eliminate all debt within the company. In the period ending September 30, 2024, the total loan balance was
$4,618,199 through this credit facility
