I got an e-mail response yesterday from company that an attorney has already been hired out of Oregon to work on a full dismissal of the unfounded complaints. The company is also countersuing for damages both the subject and the company he used in the alleged contract. Apparently, subject represented himself as the owner of a small business out of Nevada that he is neither owner of or stockholder in.

FYI, I posted something once & it got removed. This guy has a habit of pulling similar stunts. Just google mnemagic.com and open link that has rip-off in the link (should be 5th on the search results)

Email indicated that there is more business coming down from other places around the world. Sales in Mexico are solid and moving forward.

I replied by asking if stock can get up-listed once 10k is out. I will post any replies I get.

It doesn't look like he's got one. Any lawyer would impose a gag on his client and all exchanges would have to be submitted through the attorney's office.

As for his comments, don't expect any sympathy from my end and I am sure from other shareholders as well or anyone for that matter once they understand the whole scheme is to cheat us out. What makes that money of yours more special than ours? So you helped pay for some of the bills on behalf of the company and they issued you stock for it. The issue is therefore not theft or fraud since you got something in return for it, the real issue is about the 100's of million shares you’re seeking for the samaritan help.

In one of your posts, you indicate that Q bills generally hover around 20k and that you paid for one of them. Do you think that entitles you to a 100 million shares and basically take the company away from everyone? I haven't looked at your contract but even if it was written as you claim, it is very disputable especially with public shares at stake. Would you consider entering into a contract to buy or sell property that didn’t belong to you other than of course in the capacity of someone who’s helping broker the deal possibly looking for a commission? Only problem here is the commission is worth a lot more than the company itself. As I remarked initially, this will get sorted out and if someone needs my vote or testimony, they know how to get a hold of me.

Although I appreciate some of the information, it's not helpful especially at this stage. I would have preferred that the problem remain in the courts and outside of this board especially when the clear intent was to sway investor sentiment and to serve hidden goals of few against open goals of the majority.

The plaintiff who filed the lawsuit started posting on this board a little over a week now and mind you with a perfect timing. In one of his posts, he precisely correlates all the recent volume days in this stock. He's accused me (along with several others) of being planted here by the company to plug the stock.

His posts aren't hard to find as he's the only basher I am aware of, on or off this board. He claims he owns several thousand shares which makes no sense with his lawsuit except perhaps for his masterplan to achieve majority control over the company and cheat everyone else including the inventor of the patent (CEO, Dr. Correa) out of all potentials this company has to offer.

No so far, there has been no news made public. Everything we know has already been posted on this board.

When I asked how long you've been invested in this stock, I was also implying that CEO could be exerting caution with his responses especially with all the recent accusations against him and the company. I think that's what Stevebb was trying to tell you in his own way.

I would recommend you call instead and leave a voicemail with your phone if he doesn't answer. This company is still conducting business as far as I know. Unfortunately, the lawsuit brought against it is making communications very difficult right now. I don't know how long you've been in ECOG. Usually CEO has a good habit of responding to anyone who tries communicating with him via e-mail or phone.

How did you try getting in touch with the company? Use the info in the i-box as filled in by Hooka (one of the mods on this board) who along with others have used it and gotten responded to.

If something was terribly wrong, stock would have been suspended and someone other than the company would have made an announcement by now. FYI, in '08 ECOG didn't exist. How could Daniel act on behalf of ECOG? Even if he somehow did (which I really don't believe), current company should be indemnified. Chronology suggests that if indeed these abuses took place (again, I highly doubt it), they occurred under the watch of the old company and its CEO.

Regardless and if other people were truly cheated out of their stock at any point, where are their lawsuits as Scooter82 tried to point out?
