The plaintiff who filed the lawsuit started posting on this board a little over a week now and mind you with a perfect timing. In one of his posts, he precisely correlates all the recent volume days in this stock. He's accused me (along with several others) of being planted here by the company to plug the stock.

His posts aren't hard to find as he's the only basher I am aware of, on or off this board. He claims he owns several thousand shares which makes no sense with his lawsuit except perhaps for his masterplan to achieve majority control over the company and cheat everyone else including the inventor of the patent (CEO, Dr. Correa) out of all potentials this company has to offer.

No so far, there has been no news made public. Everything we know has already been posted on this board.
