I don't know how long you've been in ECOG. Usually CEO has a good habit of responding to anyone who tries communicating with him via e-mail or phone.

How did you try getting in touch with the company? Use the info in the i-box as filled in by Hooka (one of the mods on this board) who along with others have used it and gotten responded to.
