If I am correct as you are finally admitting and you are also sensing that the judge in Oregon will not hear your case in June 7th, then you must know that the lawsuit in Oregon has/had no merit. Btw and FYI, I and several others have warned you about the outcome on this board http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=49075346 several weeks ago and from the get-go.
As you stated, you should just wait till the judge in Oregon relays his final findings to the Judge in Nevada. I don't know but somehow you don't make sense in your assumptions. You tried to mock a state court judge first and since you couldn't succeed, now you're trying to pull the same stunt in a federal court!!!

As for any of your money being lost on ECOG, that is plain BS. Several people have asked you to explain how you acquired your 700k shares and how much you paid for them. You never responded.

As for the rip-off report, I think you had a chance to a trial but somehow ended up getting convicted with felony. Imo, you should have hired OJ's dream team, lmao. Perhaps you don't see it, but there is a clear pattern about how fraud is being committed here.

On behalf of other shareholders and Eco Global, I'd like to extent my appreciations for wasting everybody's time with your frivolous lawsuits. Due to incurred delays in its filings, ECOG has been delisted from the OTCBB - With this kind of greed, you can NEVER count on ANY of my sympathy
