After just speaking with Attorney Mailander and getting a copy of the below email everyone should know that Attorney Mr. Tad Mailander reaffirmed that he has not spoken with anyone about ECOG, and he has not represented them for months. The below email was in response to the SEC and DFCS complaints filed by Woodard regarding an Irrevocable Letter Of Intent.

Pandit, whoever you are you better come clean!!! Mr. Mailander stated he is calling the FBI because this posting went out over the internet.
