You mean you knew about this on 4/27/10 and you were just sitting and waiting not knowing what to do with the agenda. Let me guess, your samaritan heart couldn't handle it so you now decide to break the splashy news in response to yesterday's PR.

If I were to guess, I'd say you and your buddies probably shorted ECOG up the gills into the rally yesterday. Now you guys need to cover but there are no shares other than few in weak hands. I say if we go to subpoenas might as well put everything out including the etrade accounts that have been messing with this stock.

This is getting real old now
