You, yourself, don't have to be shorting but someone else is. Whoever is doing it is also breaking rules i.e. naked short selling which is illegal. http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=ecog&tabValue=6 Out of everyone who is involved in this stock, Daniel, you & public, you stand to benefit the most from a depressed PPS as you'd wind up with more shares if money that you claim is due to you from the company is done through stock conversion. This has started exactly since end of February of 2010 which is exactly the time when your conversion became exercisable based on the terms of your contract. This is why you're now going to force BK on the company so that you and your buddies could gulp company/patent in one big bite and leave us all in the dust.

I have no doubt this has always been and still remains your agenda from the get go even when Daniel was signing those papers if he indeed did just as you claim. Man, I hope you and your buddies can come out clean from this mess cuz someone is watching all this cr@p unfold and it's just a matter of time before it's taken care of. SEC could easily find fraud in the trading somewhere if they need to and you certainly can't count on your track record to fight them. Someone with deep pockets could step up to the plate squeeze short you out of ECOG.

As I have said from the very beginning your agenda for the stock is clear and has never been to help anyone but to serve your own personal greed.
