I am confident things will get sorted out in favor of ECOG. The personal deal that you keep referring to is bogus and on many different levels.

If indeed you were looking out for the interest of investors, why have you waited this long & until now? If you knew about all these details why have you allowed violations of your own terms? You breached your own ILOI with your own will. Only greed can push someone this way

Your story just doesn't add up and will never prevail in court!!!
