I got an e-mail response yesterday from company that an attorney has already been hired out of Oregon to work on a full dismissal of the unfounded complaints. The company is also countersuing for damages both the subject and the company he used in the alleged contract. Apparently, subject represented himself as the owner of a small business out of Nevada that he is neither owner of or stockholder in.

FYI, I posted something once & it got removed. This guy has a habit of pulling similar stunts. Just google mnemagic.com and open link that has rip-off in the link (should be 5th on the search results)

Email indicated that there is more business coming down from other places around the world. Sales in Mexico are solid and moving forward.

I replied by asking if stock can get up-listed once 10k is out. I will post any replies I get.
