That they are drilling, or the drilling rig is active, or even if the drilling rig has been moved: all are considered insider information by Zion Oil, and they will not disclose that information. But if they don't say in Fridays quarterly/annual report release, I would say something seriously more than "procedural problems" are going on.

Doing nothing at all for 5 1/2 months following the award of the lease would be bizarre, even for Zion Oil. Especially considering their March 2023 "hit the road running" press release. I guess others have already mentioned Rob Dunn's promise to update us once every two or three weeks, so enough said.

In the Feb 2015 issue of Hydrocarbons-Technology Magazine, Viking International (under Rob Dunn at the time) said:
1) They would provide a rental drilling rig for Zion Oil to drill their first well at Megiddo.
2) That Zion Oil would not use a rental rig on the second well.
3) The second well at Megiddo would use a larger rig purchased from them.
4) That they would have an option for a third well
5) That they would participate in the formation of the company "Zion Oil Drilling".

Yes, the above plan, which was fulfilled to the letter by Zion Oil over the next eight years, was disclosed by Viking Services in early 2015 in the Hydrocarbons Technology magazine. And for many years after 2015, Zion Oil said nothing (about the purchase of the drilling rig, about the 2nd well, about the third well - just silence from Zion Oil - until they just needed a new infusion of cash - then a press release). So who runs this operation, Zion Oil, or Viking? Viking knew, Viking said, while Zion Oil stayed silent, and collected money from you. Still to this day, Zion Oil collecting money from you, for the third well Viking told you about back in Feb of 2015.

And now, Viking Services, with 60% of it's senior management staff being Muslim, doesn't seem to want to have much to do with Zion Oil anymore, It might be a problem, in fact, getting anyone within a thousand miles of Israel to work in Israel right now to "Bless" Israel?

We know who has been running the show. Now that there is a Gaza war, I suspect Viking senior management told Israel to stick it. All Zion Oil will say is they are having "procedural problems". So who is running the show now??? No-one?

2) Using Parental Controls ....on my PC ...... block ZN Website
3) Log into my email and find updates and news letters from ZN. Right click and BLOCK all emails from ZN
4) Trash all Prozac and Advil bottles with contents and my Bar full of Makers Mark and Coors Light (and any other associated medications)

Think of all the money i will save on Medications, Alcohol, Psychiatric Evaluations and Services ....BECAUSE ..... you gotta be Crazy or Drunk or on Drugs to buy this kinda Scam Stock (as you describe)

I think it's great: we will soon get a press release or email of the repeat of the strategic recompletion of the completion at MJ#1 which was actually never completed but plugged, and was rumored to have oil and be in a field that initially had elements of an active petroleum field, followed by being in an active petroleum field, followed by a confirmation of an active petroleum field, now which of course, is a re-confirmation of an active petroleum field. strategically, of course. I know, so hard to track these significant milestones over the years. But it brings in new people every time one of these strategic reactivated news releases are made, either by email or press, so I'm expecting a 10 to 15% pop in stock price above the 6 cents level when these guys cut one loose.
