What was Zions reaction to the SEC news?
(Mr. Summey IR) We were taken aback by this. However, our counsel has said given the time and what we are trying to do, it has been a miracle to have not had this request for solid information by the SEC for so long.

(Mr. Summey IR) There have been a growing number of complaints with shorters and others that we believe created the request from Ft. Worth. We are complying and not worried.
Plus the IR manager goes on a vacation as he knows he will be busy the next few months and the CEO gifts shares!
