In doing some research on a timeline of events, I came upon a post from some unknown person that attached a PDF on Panda's Twitter. A very interesting PDF.
Whistleblower Tip Under Section 21F of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
It has been filled out and I assume that is what was submitted to the SEC in Ft Worth Texas. I believe this is the reason for the SEC investigation of Zion Oil.
It was posted onto Panda's Twitter on 7:02 PM - 16 Aug 2018.
The interest part of this is that the document was created on May 31st, at least the PDF was.
This is no coincidence of any kind. Probes reporter knew about it probably well beforehand. Note the Date.
So it shows up on Panda's page on August 16th yet it had been floating around since at least May. Figure it out.
I want to know the connection between the Financial Times, Panda, Probes Reporter and of course how this Jeff Davies fits in the situation. I think they all had access to the over the months and when Zion was informed of the actual SEC investigation Of course Panda knows its coming:
June 21
Zion get official notice of an active investigation into something. The something I am not sure, I hear it is financial records but I have not seen proof. Only thing I have heard is insider trading accusations.
