Hello All,

I wanted to take a quick brief over where things stand. We are at a crossroad of sorts. Zion Oil will hopefully begin testing anew mid-October. However this is not guaranteed at all. There are issues at bay, mainly funding to which the DSP is attempting to address. I have said that I will not participate unless news comes out that would make me think it worth it. I will be hard and honest with Zion Oil as I am not happy with the communications to the shareholder. Now is the time to change things in shareholder perception.

It has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that there was a concentrated attack against our company beginning at least in February of this year. We even are somewhat sure of at least a few of the players and they too are aware that we know.

Censorship only goes so far and the connections have been followed to the point that as a stockholder you should be angry. This is not to let Zion off the hook either, as some of this is self-inflicted for sure. That still does not change the fact (at least in my mind) that a coordinated effort was made to trash the stock, instill doubt in the existing shareholders, and to scare off any possible new ones.

The battle is still being fought but we are losing, and only He can change that. How can this be legal you ask? It is not but it happens everyday and not just to Zion. What makes this different is the main question I have. Why Zion Oil. That is a fair question and I think I know at least some of the answers.

We went from a 200 million dollar company on top of the world with a promising well to a 60 million dollar company on the ropes after being targeted specifically.

I am not worried about the SEC portion of this as the 'Timeline' lays out this plan very well actually. These folks are good at what they do, they have instilled that doubt in the shareholder through a myriad of means.

For me, I have made the decision to ride it out, My shares are not for sale but I am but a drop of water in a large pond, so it really has no bearing except for me and my house. I will stand firm.

What I would ask, is for some due diligence into this last 8 months or so. It is out there for the reading, with no censorship. Take the hour or two and look at it and weigh both sides and then make your choice on your path ahead.

I have been through dry holes before, although I still hold out hope that this is not one, I remember the despair and the long time it took to get back up on our feet. This is not over by any means and although the attempt was made to destroy our company, it still stands, wounded but not dead.

So at this point, I await word from Zion about the plans forward. I want details of what is in that open hole log, let us know as well what we think is there, not later, but now. They are good people and I think the intentions are pure, but they are being refined as well as the stockholder. I can only imagine the pressures they are under. Pray for them, they surely need it.

I will leave with one thought, a consistent one with me. Maybe Zion Oil does not like this but I remember something I think fits well with my thoughts.

Seize, retain, and exploit the initiative. Offensive action is the most effective and decisive way to attain a clearly defined common objective. Offensive operations are the means by which a military force seizes and holds the initiative while maintaining freedom of action and achieving decisive results. This is fundamentally true across all levels of war.
