Don't be silly. About six years ago when Zion Oil declared they found oil at MJ#1, the stock rose to a high of $6 a share. It is now below 6 cents a share, and nothing has changed. Why the decline? If you have a better explanation for the 99% decline in stock price, I'd like to hear it.

They have found oil on numerous times.....however the porosity of the surrounding strata will not allow the oil to flow in production levels.

If the new Fracking Technology is ever allowed by the Israeli Oil Minister - Israel will have approx. the same amount of Oil that Saudi Arabia has.

Yep, still here. Been keeping myself behind the scenes, tired of all the negativity from certain individuals. However, I have been still purchasing shares when the price would hit the lows. Heading into the 200,000 shares amount. I will either ride this until it hits the lows of 0 or sell when it hits well above $10. Either way, Israel will get 10% of the amount I sell at.

That 10-Q that came out on Nov. 9th states it all folks.

ZNOG was living on borrowed time financially and the war just made it worse.

Just over $500k cash in the bank. It appears they reduced their expenses by ($89k) a month. But they are still spending $688k a month on average.

That is over $8m dollars a year for a drilling rig collecting dust, no revenue, a lease agreement allowing ZNOG to drill and a war that prevents them from drilling. Hopefully, a rocket doesn't take out the drilling rig. The insurance policy probably has a war exclusion.

I would expect to see this stock slowly bleed out down to $.01 unless somebody invests to save ZNOG and quickly. They can only dilute it so much.

Read the SEC filing and come to your own conclusion.

I'm surprised no one noticed the video of the explosions on the horizon shown in the background on Kudlow;s program a few days go. Shown in the background while he talked about the war, was about a 5 sec clip of fires on the horizon with an oil rig in the foreground. The rig was red/white. The rig was closest to the camera (that would be South-most if the camera was pointed North). Behind the rig was a fairly large completely red boom, perhaps an oil field boom truck; it looked a little too big for a wireline truck, and too small for a crane.

They were working at the site (as evidenced by the boom truck on site, no matter whose rig that was), If the boom was a wireline at the Zion Oil website, where it was located indicates they could they be plugging MJ#2.

5.7 cents a share would be a good play. Even if the video was someone else with a red/white derrick with a red boom truck working behind it, you are still going to get a "we have temporarily plugged MJ#2" and a "we have moved the drilling rig over the MJ#1 drilling" soon. The stockholders will be ecstatic.

I think they are going to come out with an update next week showing the work platform over the MJ#1 drilling. They will need to do a little cleanup before the photo shoot. The stockholders will think it's the second coming. I might buy some at this level, expecting a 30 to 40% pop in the price within two weeks.

Can someone at Zion Oil clean up your Facebook page postings, some really gross photos (some kind of SPAM) has been posted, they need to be deleted, even I can't stomach them. An obvious college kid prank against what they think is an Israeli company, I suspect.

You know, I keep saying, there is such a thing as OSINT, and it's free, and anyone can search and find things. Not sure why no one bothers.

What do you think of a President, then later CEO (he held both positions) that drilled for oil at MJ#1, then declared they found oil at MJ#1, then collected money to run a 3D test from stockholders, then declared the results good.... after which he resigns. Where did he go, you might ask. Must have been a good job to leave while heading an exploration company that just discovered oil! How about on the Board of Directors of a Home/Auto/Life insurance company??? I won't mention his name because his Linkedin Resume indicates he's probably of good moral character, but being the CEO, and leaving a company that is actively drilling for and declared they found oil... for a position on the Board of Directors, of a Texan life insurance company?

I have to be lying, right? So, the last two CEOs at Zion Oil resigned, one to become the President of a green energy company, the other joins the Board of an insurance company.

It is not likely that Israel has enough land area to be a large oil producer from "conventional fossil fields" (with current borders). Continuous flow from the deep would be a means to have a large reservoir.

Some elements of the Russian oil industry tend to recognize this theory. Therefore, they might be an early nation to appreciate the value of such a find if it was proven with production.

If you’re correct that we may have a relatively small reservoir, then it will be my opinion that the reservoir will be very very deep. How deep you ask? Like a river that never runs dry!

You might be right about 1 million barrels initially.
My guess is 20 million.
Using $10 market cap per barrel rule-of-thumb, and ZNOG's current cap of $38M, suggest the market expects the initial reservoir is in the 3.8 million barrel range.

As you stated, the most important thing at this point is to begin pumping oil so as to enter the next phase. You and others are also right about it does not seem like the right time for operations in Israel, so we have to wait while the bigger picture plays out.
