Very suspect when trades keep going through at the bid...even though they keep moving the bid down.
Again...the question in my mind is where are the shares coming from? Are the makers just trading back and forth.
Some odd behaviour today, makers repetatively opening and closing bids. Makers on bid consistently moving down.
Huge % spread.

We're getting killed here. You know more than I do, but I'm thinking if this thing drops below .10, we're done. Why no PRs this whole month while this has been dumping? Why the restriction still in place? None of this makes sense. I understand what you said earlier about this all being a gamble, but there wasn't any 'chance' involved here. It seems someone just decided to pull the plug on this stock. This seems to be the norm for pinkies. I don't know if any of these companies are even valid. Even in the face of great PR, like what has been going on with HMIT, someone decides to wipe out the stock, it's done. I don't see a free market here.
Seriously, PRs in pinkyland recently are pushing the boundaries of 'forward looking statement' versus 'outright fabrication'. When you get bored on the boat one day, look at HMIT... a $2+ per share buyout on the table, but think for half a minute about the numbers and there's no way there can be even an iota of truth there.
I'm glad in two years when I finish my residency, all this money lost in Pinks won't mean anything.

I agree it is certainly a pithy excuse to restrict trading on the stock. It is verbatim what the Scottrade compliance dept last told me when I called them again last week.

What a bunch of crap from TDA re. restrictions.... Broker rep tells me they have confirmed unusual trading via hijacked accounts for the purpose of pump and dump, BULL$HIT!

It makes no sense to me that a stock should be placed on a restriction because of a possibility of a hijacked account(s). What kind of lame internet banking / trading customer allows his / her account to be hijacked?

They think we're all idiots. I really hope the SEC takes action on this crap.

Accounts for 40% of todays volume.
Interestingly enough, yesterday a 270k block went through right about close, also about 40% of the days volume.
Quite possibly covering shares? Someone has been accumulating (holding back) to fill these orders...

Not sure what to make of his "size", I was thinking that the # was fake and perhaps used to influence the notion that he had a huge quantity to sell.
It wouldn't seem reasonable that he could have that many to sell at the price position he would take...unless they are phantom shares.
I recall him repeatedly jumping in front of the bid and raising his size to 5000 (500k if thats the case), after selling he jumps back to the .58 with a size of 2500.
They never changed their size even after selling large quantities...thus my theory that his size # is meaningless.

To be honest, I don't place much weight in the posted size of the makers. They seem insignificant in that the maker can be on the bid or ask with a posted size of "1", yet they buy or sell 100's of thousands of shares.
Size of 5000 frequently seems to be an endless amount of shares, maybe I'm missing something or don't understand its meaning, but the size just doesn't seem to have much relevance?

That is plausible, however, there were not many shares traded in the .1 - .12 range (perhaps 150k or so). The drop / takedown was on fairly small trade sizes, logically it shouldn't have taken it down so easily.....?

Hmm..purpose of take down from 1:45 to 2:45 & then again just after 3pm makes one curious after a primarily soldid day...
