Or may be not. I have seen multiple trades going through my Streamquote.com Depth/L-2 recently. The weird thing is that these were gong on way after hour and at levels that were not seen during regular trading hours (i.e.: 40-50 cents)

ABLE definately is one to watch but I usually pay more attention to them when the bid is thin. We've got a lot of 13s to go through before ABLE can hope to get 10s.

In startup companies many times the "executives" do a lot af manual labor.

As a distributor they may not actually hendle the product as opposed to "drop shipments".

I found a few things interesting . . .

1. The 24-1 executed forward split after the choicepoker deal.

2. The 7 employees (5 listed on the webpage (Executive types) That leaves a whole lot of work for the 2 remaining employees in those rented warehouse's.

3. Trading is limited to phone orders for some brokerage accounts, i.e. you have to call it in.

HMMM . . . Well, no point in catching a falling knife anyways.

From .4 - .45 it is a triple if they cover here.

I do believe stockcloud is faulty in the results. I did also the same thing a month ago and the best conclusion I could come up with was that VVWT was only related to the other pr's based on the agency which did the release ie stockwire.

I only checked the first couple of the referenced PRs' Stock Cloud lists as VVWT PR releases: Union Dental Holdings, Inc & Fulton Financial Corporation .
Neither of these have any text or listing of the VVWT symbol or name in their content. Am I missing something or is the Stock Cloud search engine faulty to bring these up as VVWT PRs'.
Hard to suggest they are a VVWT PRs' if the companys' name or symbol isn't included in the the content?!
What does Union Dental Holdings have to do with Viva, and likewise what does an announcement of a Financial Corps' shareholders meeting have to do with Viva?
I used their "Trackbacks" and "Backlinks" links as well....notta mentioned about VVWT?

I'm not especially savvy in regards to search engines hidden workings...but their PR linking doesn't make sense.

I used the search terms Union Dental Holdings and VVWT in Google, it didn't pull up PRs', merely web pages where the 2 happened to be mentioned. IE....Reg Sho listings, Sholist, Company Symbol listings, listing on investors sites such as Bloomberg, listing on shortable stocks, etc.

I'm inclined to think the Stock Clouds search engine picks up web pages where the symbol vvwt or the company name is mentioned, but not correct in alignment with random released PRs.

Sure, the VVWT symbol can be related to 406 web pages found on Google....that wouldn't be much of a surprise. But 406 separate PRs', doesn't seem to be the case from the little checking I did.

Obviously, there would not be much purpose hiding the VVWT symbol in web page code of other companies pages or subject matter, suggesting subliminal tactics?

Strikingly similar to the JAN. Feb. Blitz then silent in March.

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission voted Wednesday to
approve a change to tighten rules intended to curb manipulative short sales,
including so-called "naked" short sales.

The change eliminates a controversial exception that shielded existing short
positions from requirements to deliver hard-to-borrow shares within 13 days of
settlement. Once the change takes effect, short positions previously protected by
the grandfather clause must be closed out within 35 days.

SEC Chairman Christopher Cox said persistent failures to deliver shares sold
short seem to be due to the grandfather protections, which the SEC included in
2004 to prevent stock-market volatility. Critics complained the protections
undermined efforts to clean up abuses involving "naked" short sales.

Short selling involves sales of borrowed securities, producing profits when
prices decline. The practice is legal, but the SEC's Regulation SHO sought to
prevent "naked" short sales, in which short sellers don't borrow securities they
sell.

SEC officials said delivery failures have declined about 35% overall since
Regulation SHO took effect and have fallen about 53% for hard-to-borrow stocks
defined as "threshold" securities.
