Funny about that. HHSE filed a Form 15 and deregistered years ago. EDGAR is only available to SEC registrants, which HHSE is NOT. A company just can't start filing on EDGAR whenever they feel like it. Their "filings" are not legal. Hopefully the SEC will catch up to them about that.
