Thanks for your comments - HHSE has started reporting on Edgar, but still does not have 2 years audited - this constant delay is making a lot of posters pissed. If a stock does actually make it to OTCQB does the PPS manipulation stop - It seems like PPS is being manipulated by some MMs - (no reason why some sells are going through at well below what transactions occurred just before and just after for much higher price)
