Is there any official document that proofs BCAPs position in CYBK?

Please show us where I said anything about one of the other Dwyer share selling schemes, CYBK in my post.

The only "succeeding" any of them are doing is a successful promotion that has pushed the pps up, but like all share selling schemes they will all fall back to where they started, probably as a slow and painful bleed for investors that got fooled by all the Dwyer paid for hype and "attention."

Audited financials?

The ones that Dwyer promised back in Dec. 2012 before the infamous "worm" story?

Heavily invested?

$200K to $300K worth of notes for various reasons like "consulting?"

Dwyer's been at this scam since 2004 and look at his list of accomplishments.

Numerous AS increases, all approved by Dwyer, 2 name changes for the "new company with a new business plan" hype and a 1 for 100 RS. Yup, as a share selling scheme BCRAP has been very "successful."

CYBK disclosures don't support the claim that BCRAP "funded" CYBK and the "private investors" invested a total of $25K between the 4 of them, YEHAAAA.

Yes sir, Darrek, Larry, Moustafa and Rob are whales in that CYBK annual disclosure published Oct. 4, 2013. $10K from Darrek and $5K each from the other 3.

The CYBK disclosures don't mention anything about BCAP or Dwyer holding any notes for CYBK and I don't remember seeing anything in the last disclosure that Dwyer gave to shareholders.

Please provide a reliable link such as a disclosure published on the OTC or an SEC filing that gives a real connection. BTW, links to posts "confirming" don't count at all. Even a PR is a step above a post that "confirms" or "I got an email....." or "I talked to the CEO today." Anything other than what we've seen.
