Yes there is. Keep an eye on SEC.GOV Edgar system for a Form 10 and audited financials on Form 10K for 2013 and you will see the large position $BCAP has in CYBK TGGI RIGH. These SEC forms are expected to be filed before end of Q1 !

No, there isn't. The CYBK "disclosures" "published" at the OTCmarkets don't say who has/had the "consulting" agreement and the resulting debt. One thing that is clear in the disclosures is that Clarke received vote control for a "company" he created 7 months earlier and that there is no brick and mortar office, only a virtual office for both Cyber-Thingy(Clarke's creation in Florida) and CBYK.

The "attention" can be very creative when "connecting dots."


If those dots are set up right, once "connected" they can also spell "scam."
