The CYBK disclosures don't mention anything about BCAP or Dwyer holding any notes for CYBK and I don't remember seeing anything in the last disclosure that Dwyer gave to shareholders.

Please provide a reliable link such as a disclosure published on the OTC or an SEC filing that gives a real connection. BTW, links to posts "confirming" don't count at all. Even a PR is a step above a post that "confirms" or "I got an email....." or "I talked to the CEO today." Anything other than what we've seen.
