Don't you know the difference between a chip bundle and a PC/motherboard bundle?

Chip bundle= ESC/CSP

PC/motherboard bundle= ETS "lite"

It's true that the ESC/CSP is bundled and the ETS is not.
But the ETS is licensed to Dell for branding as Dell Edition whatever.

The ESC/CSP comes in the box.
The ETS is available as an upgrade.

CPA, Let's assume your pessimisism is completely justified, and you are correct in all your conclusions about Wave management's total incompetence. SO WHAT? WHAT IS YOUR PLAN OF ACTION. What do you want us to do, except commiserate with and suffer from your constant disillusioned griping?

Where did you get $.10? I heard $.35+ per chip. For 50 million computers over the next 18 months that would mean a few dollars.
