My major worry is that despite our waving Pom Poms on this site, just maybe no BP wants to get involved with us.

Now there is a REAL WORRY that AMRN's incompetent management is APPARENTLY NOT dealing with in the real world. IN FACT, management's ATTITUDE just might be responsible for the LACK of acceptance in the medical market place... and LACK of a partner to get Vascepa into hands of patients who need it desperately!

WHAT A SHAME... and pom-poms will not help that!

Ajax, I have done quite a bit of research on this topic. Doctors most definitely see drug reps. The difference is that they are very selective. Name recognition goes a long way. Obviously a prescribing physician is not going to see every drug rep that tries to see him. They will however set time aside for GSK MRK AZN PFE and other BP reps. There are so many wanna be's out there that they view them as a waste of time. I don't care what anyone on this board says. Prescribing physicians do in fact set time aside for BP reps. This is the exact reason we need to either be bought out or sign a partnership. This GIA strategy has been brutal financially and all a bigger market to sell to means bigger expectations, bigger costs and a bigger disappointment.

Script number continue to climb and hopefully they start to accelerate! So we are heading in the right direction. Once Anchor is approved, it would open to partnership agreements. Maybe something on paper all ready, pending Anchor approval!

If the Adcom ie 'Adhoc Panel' give there thumbs up. This will be a slam dunk as far as approval goes. One reason, why I think the PPS could climb dramatically, the following day!

I dont know why they wouldnt want to be involved. Its likely a price/economics issue. One or both sides will have to budge somewhat. Adcom and PDUFA and even NCE should help budge the positions somewhat.

In the meantime its GIA until someone blinks...
