But if you look at this case objectively, a bunch of random guys show up with no technical expertise in either technology or management. The throw a little money into the pot then try to walk away from a company with all the IP developed over many years through the effort and money of public investors.
There's not a single judge in this planet who will look kindly at this effort regardless of whatever deal they cut among themselves. You would need more than a mess up or two or a deal gone wrong before a judge will just let a bunch of random guys walk away with the IP of a public company.

Bill, My reading is more objective in that I have no prejudice or per conceived thoughts going into read this stuff. My approach was to read and look at all the stuff presented and then draw my own conclusions which simply from my reading see that there was some funky stuff taking place with DFI DFMI and I am seeing that it was all around a lot of people trying to manipulate things all around what Taylor Kramer first did with TMMI and how it was working with ISI.There were to many people trying to get involved where they should not have been. Hey that being said I am. Not a lawyer but from what I have read these people have really tried to hide or bury deep with all this other smoke mirrors and manipulations just what initial work was done by Taylor What ever the folks like Simpson Hoyt Panik Hernandez etc tried to do and scam with Taylors work with ISI fractal code to help them financial benefit from stock manipulation of this work knowing that back then the computing power was such that it would never work but still represented it to be that they could make it work was so disgusting that one only wishes that when this case concludes in courts that the true rightful owners will be shown to be that of the work Taylor did with TMMI Again this is all my conclusions from what I have read and understand to be so in this case Hopefully that clarifies my stance Ciao Phil
