But if you look at this case objectively, a bunch of random guys show up with no technical expertise in either technology or management. The throw a little money into the pot then try to walk away from a company with all the IP developed over many years through the effort and money of public investors.
There's not a single judge in this planet who will look kindly at this effort regardless of whatever deal they cut among themselves. You would need more than a mess up or two or a deal gone wrong before a judge will just let a bunch of random guys walk away with the IP of a public company.
Life just doesn't work that way so stop whiffing that gas!
