Phil you say you have no pre-conceived notions about the case but you ramble on about Kramer's work with fractal code that has NOTHING to do with the case and is not included in the already lame TMM case filings.
TMM's specific claims in the case are to the rights to the early VDK code from their 1993 contract with Iterated and for the 2.0 code they think they got by buying it from DFI/Simpson last year. Both are proved bogus in the Dimension docs.
The 1993 rights are voided by the 1996 contract between TMM and Iterated and all of that voided by non-payment from TMM, which is documented in the letters between the Iterated and TMM lawyers in December, 1996.
The purchase of the stolen code last year is clearly documented by the court docs between DFMI and Simpson that show the judge telling Simpson he doesn't own it and to hand all copies over to DFMI. He swore he did and lied as usual, then sold the illegal copy to TMM. The contract between DFMI and Iterated for the code is signed by Sloan.
Drop the fluff and do some reading, or not if you want to stay in the dark.
