Some do not seem to understand that a product has to be available and tested before ever being fitted to any kind of fleet and/ or marketed and sold. In our case it has been stated that this part of the process is taking place and is ongoing. If something went/ goes wrong it could cost all companies involved exorbitant man hours, time, equipment and money to recoup the costs of faulty equipment and/ or products that don't work. I think most will agree that this is where a company and/ or persons would not want to be in a case of misrepresentation or faulty products. The costs and damages would/ could be astounding.

In other words; hey mister national trucking fleet, I have this great idea about saving your company mega amounts of money relating to fuel and fair wear and tear of your fleet. But, like I said it's just an idea. I'm not even sure if it's going to work. Could we work together to try and bring this idea to reality?

That is what I hear every time someone attempts to make this case.

All I can think of is:
You've got to be kidding me!

Good question. Building and installing prototypes for testing is one thing. That can be done in someones's garage. Manufacturing,
marketing, selling and installing EPA/CARB certified units is quite another. Have you seen or read the contract with USA Recycling? I haven't either so you don't know any details and probably will not without an 8K. One unit or 100? Cost? Terms?

In Coat's Feb 2012 Investor Letter he makes crystal clear that
HOSS requires EPA/CARB Certification and Wildcat requires EPA Verification and CARB Certification. Where is it?

To imply that HTI is manufacturing (or even assembling) units somewhere on a mass production type scale and then selling the units through some sort of mystery dealer network is to post erroneous information IMO.
