Good question. Building and installing prototypes for testing is one thing. That can be done in someones's garage. Manufacturing,
marketing, selling and installing EPA/CARB certified units is quite another. Have you seen or read the contract with USA Recycling? I haven't either so you don't know any details and probably will not without an 8K. One unit or 100? Cost? Terms?

In Coat's Feb 2012 Investor Letter he makes crystal clear that
HOSS requires EPA/CARB Certification and Wildcat requires EPA Verification and CARB Certification. Where is it?

To imply that HTI is manufacturing (or even assembling) units somewhere on a mass production type scale and then selling the units through some sort of mystery dealer network is to post erroneous information IMO.
